It is a funny picture and a great "Photo Shop" job. That was put out as an April Fool's Joke. It was a joke on Snoop and CNN, as it was submitted by one of those fake news websites to be funny. I think it's hilarious!
I feel dumb for asking, but is it a joke or not?!
totally a joke...but we can all pray for him right! ha ha
but it really is CNN. I clicked on the home link and it went to the CNN homepage. But I also heard it was a joke as well. don't know. makes us feel pretty cool though :)
